Nighttime is soooo hard!!
Ok so i do a great job with eating all proper during the day but then after dinner comes and I seem to always be starving and can’t seem to stop thinking about food. It is always sweets that I crave at this time and I always seem to give in to the craving. I always think it is easier to just grab something sweet then actually think about getting something a bit more healthy for me. I want to do this the right way and I am doing it for myself and no one else. I just have a big problem with the boredom hunger.
I need ideas that i can eat instead of bad for you sweets. But i live in a very small remote town and can only get so much here. I am 2 hours away from a big city so it is hard sometimes to always be able to get a different variety of stuff. So if anyone out there has any good ideas for me then I would love to know what you think.

Don’t buy it. If you don’t buy the bad stuff, it’s not gonna be in your house to cave into. That’s what I have to do. And your body gets used to it. I probably eat an after dinner snack MAYBE once every 2 weeks. After a while, you won’t think twice about wanting something after dinner. You can do it!
